Anju Gupta is Vice President of Data Sciences and Analytics for Northwestern Mutual. In this role, Gupta oversees data science strategy and data science product development for the company’s data assets and develops insights that positively impact the company’s future – from enhancing day-to-day operations and customer interactions to leading strategic decision-making and technology innovation efforts, in addition to managing the strategy for the NMDSI. Gupta joined Northwestern Mutual in October 2019 and has been instrumental in shaping all of company’s major initiatives. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President of Data Strategy and Analytics for Enterprise Holdings, the largest car rental company globally. Before that, Gupta was at Monsanto for more than a decade where she worked in statistical genetics, global analytics, technology strategy, and digital innovation, partnerships and outreach.

Eva Murray is Snowflake’s Lead Evangelist for EMEA and a recognised expert in data visualization. She helps people understand, work with and fall in love with data. In her role at Snowflake, Eva advises customers on driving user adoption across the business and increasing the impact of data in decision making.

He brings a rare, well-rounded background that combines business and technical acumen to lead data-driven change efforts.

Tessa White is founder of The Job Doctor, a practice dedicated to building career strategies and re-engage people in the workplace. She is also the host of the popular “The Job Doctor is In” podcast. She is a former Fortune 50 executive, and a 25-year HR executive helping companies with fast growth and aggressive merger/acquisition strategies.
Her thought leadership on the modern workplace makes her a frequent guest on national television shows and in top tier publications. She has amassed more than 1 million followers on social media and her new book, The Unspoken Truths for Career Success, has just been released.
When she isn’t working with companies or individuals about the modern workplace, she can be found on the river, where she flyfishes. Hard.

Jenn Schilling is a Senior Research Analyst at the University of Arizona, a Data Science Mentor at Posit, and Founder of Schilling Data Studio, a data visualization training and consulting agency. Jenn has over a decade of experience working with data in a variety of industries and through Schilling Data Studio helps analysts and aspiring analysts grow their data viz, analysis, and R skills so they can effectively communicate data and insights.

Justin specializes in modern stack data architecture and building data platforms focused on delivering value to the business. With 12+ years of building data solutions, he’s passionate about finding simple solutions that scale, as well as helping to teach and empower others in using data technologies.
At Latch, he’s responsible for building and leading the architecture and implementation of the modern data stack, which includes Snowflake, Immuta, dbt, FiveTran, Looker, Kafka, and AWS. Justin is passionate about driving data culture at Latch and providing thought leadership in data platform architecture, self service analytics, DataOps, Security & Governance. He also enjoys mentorship and creating an environment of growth and learning within Latch.
Justin previously worked as a Data Architect & Engineering Lead for Wisconsin-based consulting firm AE Business Solutions, helping companies across the midwest design and build their data ecosystems. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from University of Wisconsin La Crosse & a M.S. and in Information Technology from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Lubar School of Business.

Sunny Jing is a Data Scientist with experience in the tech industry across both the US and China. She previously worked at LinkedIn in California and moved back to her home country, China, two years ago. She is now working at Kuaishou, the second largest short-video sharing platform in China, as a Data Science manager. She graduated from Beloit College and earned her graduate degree from the University of Chicago. She'd like to share her views on what a Data Science career may look like as well as how they differ between the US and China, and hopes to inspire more young professionals to join the data industry.

Terril is a reporting manager within the financial industry. He currently leads a team of analysts responsible for the control reporting needs of their entire department. Prior to this, Terril spent time as an analyst moving from an entry level analyst to a senior analyst. He has domain experience in mortgage, vendor management and private banking and wealth management while working for global and nationwide companies.

Brandi Beals is a Tableau Ambassador, certified both in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. She has been using Tableau for over 10 years in a variety of enterprise capacities. She is focused on developing a scalable data strategy, building a data literacy program, delivering an enterprise analytics platform, and growing a community interested in data science and analytics. In addition to co-leading the Milwaukee Tableau User Group and Wisconsin Tableau User Group, Brandi runs the Data Book Club.

Dustin is an entrepreneurial thought leader in the analytics field, passionate about leveraging data to create new opportunities. He has held progressive analytics roles in the corporate world, and recently launched "Data Ideas" to promote the potential of analytics. Data Ideas shows what analytics makes possible by building a repository of analytics project ideas and hosting events honoring impactful work in the field.
